Cost
The cost of treatment depends on the procedures being provided, not on the number or length of visits. You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets. We also accept payment directly from most insurance plans and file the necessary papers to the insurance company. We work hard to make dental care affordable and to make sure that you realize your insurance benefits.
Fees
In an effort to keep fees down while maintaining the highest level of professional care, we offer the following courtesies:
- 5% discount when full payment is made at the onset of treatment for any patient balance of $200 or more. (If you have insurance, we will offer the discount for payment of your portion of the fee that will not be covered by insurance.)
- 10% discount for Senior Citizens (60+). This may be combined with the 5% full payment discount in most cases.
- 10% discount for patients with no insurance who do not qualify for a senior discount. This may be combined with the 5% full payment discount for balances greater than $200.
- In-office payment plans up to 90 days.
For your convenience, we accept payment by Cash, Check, VISA, MasterCard and Discover and American Express.
To fit your individual treatment and financial needs, we also work with CareCredit to help you finance your payments over a longer period of time if desired.
Insurance
If you have insurance, we will help you to determine the benefits you have available. However, your benefit plan is a contract between your employer, your insurance company, and yourself and we encourage you to familiarize yourself with your insurance benefits so that you may receive the most from them. Dental insurance is not designed to cover the full cost of your treatment, but to assist you in maintaining your dental health. Professional care is provided to you, our patient, and not to an insurance company. We will help in every way we can in filing your claim and handling insurance questions from our office on your behalf, however, we cannot ethically base our treatment recommendations on what insurance covers. We will recommend the treatment that is best for your health, and help you to understand what your insurance will reimburse.
