Meet the Team
 Caroline — Office ManagerWe welcomed Caroline to our team in April 2007. She joined us with two years experience in orthodontics, but was eager to explore new fields in dentistry. Caroline has a true passion for working with people and sincerely dedicates herself to our patients. Her smile and genuine desire to help sets the tone for the whole office. Through her hard work and devotion to our practice, Caroline has advanced from our Scheduling and Financial coordinator to our Office Manager. In her spare time she enjoys exploring Kirkland with her husband Chad and daughter Ashlyn.  Sara – Scheduling & Financial CoordinatorSara has been in the dental field since 1998; starting as a dental assistant then an orthodontic assistant. In 2003 she went back to school to get a degree in Intercultural Studies (Japanese focus) and Business Administration from Northwest University. Since then she has mainly been doing administrative work in the dental field. She truly enjoys helping others. She enjoys traveling and doing volunteer work in which she has traveled to 19 countries! Sara grew up in Kirkland and though she has traveled a lot she always returns home. She recently had her first child and loves being a new mom to her baby girl.  Danelle — Insurance & Administrative Manager Danelle met Dr. Del Rosario in 2002 while working in neighboring dental offices in Renton, and they were married in February 2006. Together, they began our Kirkland dental office in April 2003. Danelle has worked in the dental field since 1998. Several of her family members work in dentistry/orthodontics as well. Danelle enjoys the interaction with people and the satisfaction of seeing our patients’ overall health improved through good dental health. She is also a Registered Dietitian with Nutrition and Spanish degrees from Central Washington University, and currently works on-call at Overlake Hospital as a Clinical Dietitian. With the addition of Caleb and Leah to the Del Rosario family, Danelle’s role in our office has changed to mostly behind-the-scenes administrative tasks, including all insurance billing. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her family and 2 dogs.  Quynh — Dental HygienistQuynh first started her dental career as a Dental Assistant in 1997. She then continued her education and graduated from Columbia Basin College Dental Hygiene Program. She joined our office immediately after graduation from dental hygiene school in 2004. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and her favorite thing about being a Dental Hygienist is motivating her patients to obtain optimal dental health through individualized care and education. It is rewarding for her to provide continual dental care while having the opportunity to know her patients over the years. When she is not taking care of teeth, Quynh most enjoys spending time with her family and friends, including her husband, son and 2 daughters.  Tara — Dental HygienistTara joined our office in June of 2008. She grew up nearby in Bothell and graduated from Columbia Basin College Dental Hygiene Program with Quynh in 2004. She enjoys dentistry because she likes taking care of people and meeting new people. Her favorite part of dentistry is seeing someone who understands that oral health is important to them. It shows in their confident smile and to know that she contributed to that is a great feeling. In her free time, Tara enjoys cooking and entertaining friends. She loves to travel, especially to Hawaii and the Bahamas. Most of her free time is spent with friends and family, who are very important to her. She also loves spending time with her 7 year old half-sister.  Kendal — Dental Hygienist Kendal began working with us in October 2009 on a temporary basis, and joined us permanently in February 2010. Kendal graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern Washington University in 2009. She was born and raised in Bothell, WA. Kendal was inspired to become a hygienist by her mom, who has been practicing dental hygiene for over 30 years. She takes pride in providing the most current quality of dental care and strives to build relationships by making individual connections with patients. She feels it is very important to play an active role in the promotion of optimal oral health and its relationship to general health, and to always stay up on the most current research. When she is not at work, Kendal is a health nut and can be found cooking healthy foods, exercising or spending time outdoors. She is very close with her family and also likes to keep up on current events.  Alicia — Dental Assistant Alicia joined our team in March of 2008 and since then has taken over the lead Dental Assistant position. She brings a smile to work every day as she is eager to learn more about our patients. Alicia grew up in Woodinville. She enjoys hiking, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and camping in the mountains. While she’s in the office she does her best to make sure her teammates have what they need to care for their patients, as well as caring for the patients she is working with. Alicia has been working on getting her AA, along with working full time. She loves what she does and says that she couldn’t be happier with the office and team that she works with.  Jennifer — Dental Assistant Jennifer grew up in Kirkland, graduating from Juanita High School and volunteering at Evergreen Hospital. She received her dental assistant certification from Pima Medical Institute in 2007. Before coming to our office in February of 2009, she worked as a dental assistant for an office in Bellevue. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her boyfriend participating in outdoor activities such as snowboarding, camping, and rock climbing. Because she loves brightening the smiles of each of our patients, she plans to further her dental studies and eventually enter the dental hygiene program at Shoreline Community College. |
