At Paramount Dental Center, we pride ourselves on focusing on the entire family, from children to seniors. Our dentists and team truly believe that prevention and education are at the forefront of proper dental care. Our greatest responsibility is understanding and taking care of the dental concerns and needs of you and your family.
We strongly believe that going to the dentist should be a fun and trusting visit, starting from a young age. We hope to develop a lasting relationship between child, parent and staff so that we can all work together to maintain the oral health and wellness of the smile. General and preventive care contribute greatly to overall dental health.
We understand that family is the most important thing, and that’s why we want you to rest assured that we have everyone’s health and comfort at the top of our minds. Our team members are skilled in dealing with patients of all ages and consistently provide professional and beautiful dental care.
If you’re curious about when to bring your children to the dentist for the first time, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) recommends that children first see a dentist as early as 6 months old and no later than 1 year old. During this time, your child’s baby teeth will be coming in, and our dentists can examine the health of your child’s first few teeth. After the first visit, be sure to schedule regular checkups every six months.
Our dental professionals recommend that you and your family visit our dental practice in Kirkland or Seattle, Washington, two times every year to optimize and maintain your oral health. In order to fully take care of your teeth, we also want to remind you of some preventive tips that you can take advantage of at home, including flossing, brushing and rinsing on a consistent basis.
